Personal Statement: I am passionate about people, helping them to recognise their strengths and encouraging them to bring out the best in themselves. With over 20 years’ experience in education, I have worked with many young people and enjoy seeing them flourish and achieve goals that they never thought were possible.
I also have a love of finance and business, combining these elements by running my own bookkeeping practice offering support and guidance to local businesses in the areas of finance and business improvement.
Since I discovered coaching, I feel like it must become part of my career portfolio. I love the coaching process and the huge benefits that it can have on the life of a person and it feels natural for me to combine my career experience into this area. My coaching model can be applied in many situations, with my speciality being Financial Coaching and training.

Complaints Procedure: If a client is not completely satisfied with the service I provide, they should make their complaint to the Association of Coaching. The AC complaints form can be found at www.associationforcoaching.com
Professional Liability Insurance: I have full cover with Oxygen Professional Liability Insurance.
Coaching Approach: I will work with clients to help them set powerful actions each week and support them to progress towards their vision in a challenging, yet caring environment.
Practical Arrangements: The length of the coaching series depends upon the package each client chooses – I work with clients to discuss which one is best for their needs.
Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, a client needs to cancel a one-to-one appointment I would be grateful if they could phone me on 07709 810816 and give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Payment Policy: My fees vary, depending on the package chosen – further information about the packages I offer can be found on my website. Payment for online packages can be in full before the course commences, or paid in 12 x monthly installments.
Data Protection: I find it useful to the process to keep some personal information for each client. I will keep these notes and personal details of clients, with the consent of the client and will destroy them a year after the end of the coaching contract.
Confidentiality: I can assure clients of total confidentiality, unless they disclose something to me that is potentially harmful to them or others.
Generic Advice: I will help you to understand and manage your finances more effectively. I will help you to get to know the different products available, such as mortgages, pensions, savings etc, but I will not recommend any of these to you.
A Financial Adviser will be able to advise you about different financial products and will assist you to decide which ones are suitable for you. They will also be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and have to meet the standards set by them.
I do not give advice or sell financial products, therefore I am not monitored by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
