026 Teacher mortgage: Should I remortgage my house?

With the rising cost of living, we try to stick to a budget and to look for ways to cut back on unnecessary spending but many do not consider remortgaging as another way of saving money. According to Barclays, 49% of people have never remortgaged their house. You might think this is not of great importance to you but I believe it is something that homeowners should look into especially now. This episode will help explain in very simple ways what a remortgage is, how you can remortgage your property and save on average £3,500 pounds a year!

What now?

Find out how much you could potentially save by remortgaging your property by using remortgage calculators. By doing this, you can see and compare mortgage deals that are available and save money by switching to one of these deals. Reach out to your mortgage broker and ask if they can come up with a better deal for you, or you might want to work with an online mortgage broker such as Trussle or Habito.
