014 Teacher wellbeing and self-care ...every teacher needs a cleaner!

Teacher wellbeing and self care must improve if teachers are to be able to do their jobs effectively.

Teachers are indeed heroes but we don't have to be martyrs as well. By having someone help us with other chores like cleaning, we can definitely reduce the amount of stress we're facing from our work and family life.

If you're like me, you might struggle with admitting that you can't do it all, but let's work on that reluctance and you'll see a big difference! After a long busy day in school, come home to a very neat and tidy house and feel calm and recharged.  If that's not good for teacher wellbeing and self care then I don't know what is!

Worried if you'll need to tighten your belt just so you can afford to have a cleaner? Worry no more, I have great tips in this episode!
