Teaching is indeed a noble profession but there is no doubt that it can be very stressful and some of us resort to overspending just to get that boost that we need to keep going.

In this episode, we have fellow teachers Sarah and Jackie here to share their experiences in teaching and emotional spending. We'll get to hear their lovely stories with their students as well as the stress that goes along with teaching. There are other factors affecting our spending and we'll discuss those in this episode, together with the different strategies we can use to keep it under control.
